Ace Locksmith & Mobile Welding offers a mobile welding service that is hard to find in the valley. Most welding companies in the valley require a minimum price for mobile welding jobs that is usually out of the price range for most small project budgets. Ace offers a low one hour minimum price to get all of your small welding projects done without breaking the bank. If you have a broken hinge on your gate, maybe a cracked frame on your dune buggy, or if you want to add a metal box to your gate to install a lock, Ace is the company to call when working on a tight budget. This does not mean that we are limited to small welding jobs. With our welding certification we can handle any size welding job to meet your needs.
The type of welding we do is called M.I.G. welding and we are set up to weld any steel from 1/16th in. thick up to 3/8 in. thick. For most applications we use a type of welding wire that does not require the use of gas so we can minimize the safety risks of bringing pressurized bottles around near your home, business, or family.
Some of you might ask how welding and locksmithing are related and part of the same company. Well we started welding pedestrian gates around pools that needed metal boxes welded in that a lock could be installed on for code requirements. This led to making custom latch protectors for gates and other types of doors so that burglars could not get into places by simply prying the latch. We realized that there were many lock problems related to a broken or cracked piece of steel that was throwing thing out of alignment. Most of the time these lock problems were on gates around pools or on the side of a house. Then when we learned that most welding companies required a $1000 minimum to come out and do a small repair, we decided to open up our welding services to anyone who had a small welding job weather it had to do with locks or not.
The Certified welder for ACE has been welding for over 15 years mostly on automotive projects and gates. With experience designing roll cages for rock crawler off road trucks, knowing how to make the welds strong and durable is a benefit for our customers. We also have plenty of experience fabricating custom parts to make your project turn out exactly the way you want.
